5 Rarest Animals In The World
The Pinta Island TortoiseThis tortoise from the Galapagos Islands is the rarest animal of them all. There is only one of them still alive. They were said to be extinct 30 years ago until a ranger happen to find one. They have been searching for a female tortoise so they can get the Pinta Island Tortoise back on the map.
Baiji
The Baiji
is better known as the river dolphin. They are usually found outside of China. The reason that has caused these mammals to become so rare is the fact that these dolphins were competing for their food with the human race. The humans would hunt fish and it just so happened to be what these rare dolphins eat. There have been reports that this species is now extinct and they are in search of them as we speak.

They have since then put about half of that number in rehab facilities where they are trying to mate them and get the population back up to around 400 – 500 individual Marmots.
